HOLLER Guide

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 22, 2026

Welcome to Holler Guide. These terms are an agreement between you and Holler Software LLC (“Holler,” “we,” “us”). Please read them.

1. What you're agreeing to

These terms apply when you use any of the following, which we call “the Service”:

  • the Holler Guide website at holler.guide;
  • the Holler Guide iOS app;
  • the Concierge, on the website or in the app, whether or not you have an account; and
  • Holler Ride ride requests, whether or not you have an account.

By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use it. You don’t need an account to be bound by these terms — using the Concierge or requesting a ride as a guest counts.

2. What the Service is

Holler Guide is a guide and concierge for the Virginia Piedmont. It helps you find places, events, and things to do, and offers AI-assisted tools to plan a visit, make reservations, and — in participating places — request a ride.

3. Accounts and signing in

Some features need an account. You can create one with Sign in with Apple in the app, or with a one-time sign-in link sent to your email address on the web. Sign-in links expire quickly and can be used once — don’t forward them. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

4. The Concierge

The Concierge is an AI assistant. It can be wrong. Confirm anything that matters — hours, prices, whether a place is open — before you rely on it.

Don’t give it payment details, government ID numbers, or health information. Don’t use it to abuse venues, send spam, or attempt to extract our prompts or circumvent our limits. We may rate-limit or cut off access to keep the Service usable for everyone.

When you ask the Concierge to contact a venue for you:

  • Calls and emails are made in your name and on your behalf
  • We keep call transcripts and email records so we can show you the outcome
  • Phone calls are only placed between 7 AM and 10 PM Eastern

5. Holler Ride

Ride requests are dispatched by Holler to drivers on our roster.

  • Requesting a ride is a request, not a guarantee. If no driver is available, we’ll tell you.
  • Your ride link is a private key. Anyone who has it can view the ride and cancel it. Share it carefully.
  • Give us an accurate name, phone number, and destination — the driver relies on them.
  • You may cancel from your ride link any time before the trip ends.

6. Reservations and orders

  • You are financially responsible for charges, deposits, or orders placed on your behalf
  • Cancellation policies are set by each venue, not by us
  • We facilitate communication but do not guarantee venue availability

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a payment you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. We do not store your card information. Refund requests should be directed to the venue or to our support team.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Abuse the Concierge or the communication features — for example, spam calls to venues
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Impersonate another person or provide false information
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

9. Our content

The Service and its content — text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Holler Software LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

10. No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Venue information, hours, and availability may not always be current.

11. Limits on our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holler Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including missed reservations, incorrect AI-generated communications, or payment disputes.

12. Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to privacy@holler.guide. (App only) There is also a Delete Account control in the app’s Profile settings.

Deletion is partly automatic and partly done by hand — where your records are tied to someone else’s booking or account, we remove or disconnect them manually. If a request can’t complete on its own, we finish it and confirm when it’s done. Some records survive deletion; our Privacy Policy lists which and why.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we’ll tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
