A wood-fired kitchen trailer at 3863 Sperryville Pike in Sperryville, serving on the farm at Pen Druid Brewing and founded in 2020. The kitchen follows the growing season and changes its menu weekly, with a ticketed tasting menu and a daily a la carte menu. It strives to source all proteins, vegetables, dairy and grains from within 150 miles. It is open to the public from mid-March to mid-December.
